- Your participation in the project and your responses to these surveys are greatly appreciated!
- The Intermediate Survey is intended to collect data on GEB raisers’ experiences with the smart collar device, the application, the support staff, and the project as a whole.
- Please only complete this survey if you have consented to join the study and have been collecting data for 3 or more weeks.
- Please feel free to complete this survey every few weeks while using the smart collar.
- The Exit Survey serves as an exit interview for smart collar puppy raisers and is intended to collect data on their experiences with the smart collar device, the application, the support staff, and the project as a whole.
- Please only complete this survey if you have consented to join the study, collected data using a smart collar device, and released your puppy for the GEB In-For-Training test.
