• If you are a Guiding Eyes for the Blind puppy raiser and wish to participate in the smart collar study, please submit the “Contact Form” below.
  • The message should include your name, your puppy’s name, and your GEB dog tattoo. 

• Please also note:
  • If you are a legal minor (i.e. <18 years old,) you must mention this in your message.
  • If you do not have easy access to an Apple iOS device, the smart collar’s software application currently does not support Android systems.
