Off Boarding Process
Your contributions to this project have been greatly appreciated!
Please complete the following three steps to conclude your participation.
Step 1: Upload All Data.
- Double-check that all of your study data from the smart collar has been uploaded to the cloud.
- You may then delete the Raiser App from your iPhone by following the instructions at this link or detailed below:
- (a) Open Settings
(b) From Settings, navigate to General > Profiles and Device management.
(c) Select “North Carolina State University” under Enterprise Apps.
(d) Select “Delete App”
(e) When prompted, select “Delete App” for the second time.

Step 2: Contact Us.
- Email us directly at gebcollarsupport@ncsu.edu and indicate in the subject that you would like to begin the off-boarding process. In the body of your email, please provide your full name, dog tattoo, and smart collar serial number.
- With this information, a study coordinator will reply with more information on how to return your smart collar, charger, etc.
Step 3: Give Us Feedback.
- Please fill out the Exit Survey to tell us about your experiences as a member of the study. Thank You!
